Only issue we had was wifi not working but over all good stay

The location is near downtown and the University making it a great location for a quick trip for an event. It is in an apartment complex and when we were there in April, the pool was not clean for swimming. Free parking was great. There were not enough clean linens for the number of people that I reserved the apartment for and I wasn't able to get any "after hours", so check-in early and check all of that.

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked! First, there were no pots and pans, no cooking utensils, the bare minimum of dishes and glasses, no ice trays, no dish towels, no hair dryer, and no washer or dryer. The floors were gross; I had to clean my feet every night before going to bed. I contacted the owner to let him know the light above the bathroom sink was out and that the fan remote wasn't working in our room. He did reply quickly, but the bulb never appeared, and had I read the reviews I would have expected this; others had complained previously AND IT STILL WASN'T FIXED. The couch is hard as a rock. The pool looked like it hadn't been maintained in forever (though in all honesty, I wouldn't have used it had it been pristine). All in all, a big disappointment.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Airbnb that ultimately led us to not staying there at all. The list of issues was extensive. To begin with, the bathroom light over the mirrors didn’t work, making it impossible to get ready in there. The state of cleanliness was appalling; filthy floors and unsightly stains on the walls and ceilings greeted us upon arrival. The pool was unusable due to its shocking lack of maintenance, and the broken blinds throughout offered no privacy whatsoever.Adding to the discomfort was the sense of insecurity in the area; trash littered the parking lot, and the location felt unsafe, prompting concerns about leaving our vehicle far away. Despite these glaring problems, the host refused to refund our full payment, leaving us with only a paltry $12 reimbursement from Airbnb. Considering I paid $120 for a place I couldn't bear to stay in, the experience was not only disappointing but also financially burdensome, forcing us to get a hotel.
