Laura was super helpful in letting me drop off bags earlier than normal check in time and apartment was spotless
She was a good host as we couldn’t locate the flat at night, she answered the phone. However the hot water was not working and as it was the middle of the night we couldn’t contact her. Apart from that all was good.
