I came to South Haven to visit friends about 15 years ago. Absolutely fell in love with it. Drove right down the road and ended at Lake Michigan. A year later, we bought our first condo to rent and stay when we could. That soon turned into 3 condos. I decided to retire from community banking in Illinois after 37 years and begin renting our condos and others for friends. I officially moved to Michigan in 2020 and obtained my Real Estate Brokers License. I love investing. When I was young, so very many years ago, my family could afford to take 1 week vacation each summer and rent a cottage on a lake. Family and friends would come for the day or spend a night and it was the best of times. This is why I do this! To provide a great opportunity, for our guests to have the best of times together, have new experiences together, connect, and make memories.
