This property was fantastic! It was roomy and had every amenity that we could need. And it was VERY clean (I am very picky about this in particular). Mayra and Isaac were great hosts and super responsive when we had to ask a question. If we are in this area again, we will seek out their properties for our accommodations. They are absolutely in the right business!

Isaac and Mayra’s place was immaculate! Very well stocked with everything you need. They very generously stocked the house with all the necessities. The bedding was lovely. It was beautifully decorated and clutter free. It was very welcoming and they were so quick to respond to everything. The 10 person rule is very strict and was a bit of a bummer for our group but it is out of their hands and a rule of the neighborhood. They do mention this in their description however. All in all, they were very easy to communicate with and their place is very lovely.

The accommodation highlighted the owner's consideration. I highly recommend it to family travelers who want to come to Chicago for a car trip and enjoy the downtown and the suburbs at the same time. Chicago downtown is a little far away, but there are many good restaurants in Shamburg itself. Even though the accommodation area was not very large, there were two living rooms, four bedrooms, three king-sized beds, one queen-sized bed, and two full-sized beds. The mattresses were comfortable compared to the five-star hotel, and the bedclothes were made of polyester, but I liked that they were as light as goose-down. I don't know who decorated the house, but I thought they were very intelligent and smart people. While saving on unnecessary expenses, it seemed that they didn't spare no investment in factors that made customers feel that he stayed in a good accommodation. This was our second time staying with Mayra and Isaac, but our first time at this location—They are SUCH great hosts and we were just as impressed with this property! (We are hosts ourselves so we have high standards. 😂) The house was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was totally stocked, they had tons of bath towels, lots of space to spread out, fast wifi, AND gorgeous views. The location was perfect for us; we were visiting friends in the area, but our only regret was not staying longer. Tons of great restaurants and things to do nearby; wish we’d scheduled a full week to enjoy it all! Mayra and Isaac are always kind/proactive in communication, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend—we will be back! Thank you again! :)
