Owner was not responsive and was extremely difficult to contact. When I did, by this time, we were standing outside the property they seemed surprised and had obviously forgotten. Upon entering the house only two of the beds were made up. Rubbish bags were found in wardrobes, Private mail for the owner was lying around. Lounge floor was dirty. There wasn’t enough towels for everybody which then appeared mysteriously at a later time when we had gone out. Didn’t feel comfortable with a camera in the hallway that was clearly recording us. There was not enough mugs for six people all knives and forks were still in the original box and bedsheets were in the original packaging that we had to open up and make the bed ourselves. The heating was not switched on and made the house feel extremely cold on arrival. The front door has a huge gap at the bottom. You could see headlights under the door, which was obviously letting more cold air in. No instruction manual on how to work things
