This Airbnb is located in a more residential portion of the island. Perfect if you want a place to walk and to explore many of the less visited beaches or to enjoy the less tourist-oriented side of local living. If you want to walk to shops and restaurants however, this would not be the best spot for you. As with everywhere outside of Road Town, a rental vehicle is a must. Tortola roads are very steep but a 4 wheel-drive is really overkill. The apartment was huge; bigger than comes across in the photos. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Situated on the island ridge, there was always a cooling breeze. We never turned on the A/C as a result. 15 min walk brings you to Lambert Bay beach or the quiet gem of Little Bay. Brenda and her family were very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed interacting with them. Our 2 weeks flew by quickly and we would look to a repeat stay on any return trip to Tortola.

Brenda wants her guests to be happy. She is very accommodating. For example when we got lost she came to meet us and show us the way! Lovely person.
