This place is amazing! The view is gorgeous looking out over Brewer's Bay. The porch and pool were perfect for our family. Our kids loved swimming in the pool every afternoon while my husband and I took in the view. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The sectional was perfect for enjoying a family movie. My husband and I slept in the downstairs suite and our girls slept up stairs. It was set up perfectly for our family of 4. The location was convenient to most places on the island. It was a 10 to 15 min drove to Brewer's Bay, Cane Garden Bay and Road Town. We did drive over to Beef Island one day to explore the other side of the island and it took about 25 mins to get there. Overall we loved our stay! Tom and his family were great and had some nice recommendations. It was a special place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary while relaxing in paradise. I would highly recommend Tom and Jessica's place to future guests. Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

Thomas & Jessica were wonderful hosts with an equally wonderful place. If you want a view that is second to none Villa Matija is the only one on the island.

This was our third stay at Thomas' place. We keep coming back and it's partly because Tortola is amazing and because this house is so great for our family. The kitchen is so well stocked we know we can grocery shop and prepare our own meals comfortably. That's a huge bonus since you can prep meals and take them down to the beach and spend more time doing what you want... relaxing. The pool is a lifesaver once the afternoon heats up. It's the best way to watch the sun go down. We would love to return each year. Brewers bay is amazing, Thomas' place is amazing. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again!

Breathtaking views! We loved having our morning coffee out on the patio. Great location too. We were able to get pretty much anywhere within 15 minutes.

Thomas’ place was a beautiful home in the hills. It was comfortable for me and my local friend who recently had a baby. We spent several days at the villa catching up and enjoying the baby. The views from the house are impeccable. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious deck for morning tea. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were as described and comfortable. Thomas and his son was so kind to pick me up and allowed me to pick up some groceries before bringing me to the villa. He was very responsive when we encountered difficulty with the TV and an issue with the refrigerator/freezer. Lovely stay overall and would stay again on another visit.
