Nestled a block from Overton Square and Park in Midtown Memphis, our spacious duplex features an open-plan kitchen and living area, with updated furnishings including a dining table and sofa. It boasts a king and queen bedroom upstairs, plus a downstairs bunk room. This larger duplex side is part of a property with three other rentals. All guests share a backyard deck with a full kitchen, BBQ, cold plunge, sauna, and extra bathroom. Experience Memphis charm with luxurious shared amenities. There are other units on this property, including 2 airstream campers. The property caretaker lives in the large airstream and she does have dogs, which can be kept inside upon request.

Great space. Walked to get what we needed. Memphis is a fun city. Nice trip
Overall my stay was not great. And Taylor is not a good host. The biggest issue was the fact apparently there is a room that is a separate airbnb in this property and hearing two people have the loudest sex ever was not how I wanted to relax. And there was a complete lack of communication. There was no instructions for anything. And asking via msg took an hour or more for replies and often questions just went ignored. There was no kitchen trash can, asked about it, no answer. Asked about a coffee maker, no answer. Asked about the sauna and shower in the photos, apparently that’s a shared space. Couldn’t figure out how to get to it. Asked, never got instructions. While the main space is decorated nice it doesn’t exactly match the photos. Lastly when I checked in the lights in the ceiling were red and the lights above the kitchen bar space were green. While they remotely changed the green ones the red ones couldn’t be changed. Potential but fell short.
Taylor’s place was great! Would definitely stay here again!
