Spotless home, newly renovated, nicely decorated, well-appointed. Plenty of off-street parking. Location is technically within walking distance to both USC and downtown Columbia, but some may prefer to drive to these locations. Home is situated in a mixed used area - some residental, some are homes functioning as office buildings.
Nice and big, very close to the University.
