Bright, clean, cheerful, modern space located 1.5 miles from Downtown Spartanburg! This property has been fully renovated with a focus on clean lines, simple elegant details, and comfort. Within miles of all area colleges (3 miles to Wofford, 1 mile to Converse 1, and minutes to USCU & VCOM) and both of Spartanburg's major hospitals. A few blocks from restaurants, local breweries, nightlife, quaint shopping boutiques, parks, and walking trails. The master bedroom is peaceful and spacious with a king bed and a private bathroom with a large closet. The other two bedrooms have Queen beds. The second bathroom is a full bath with a bathtub. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinner on the cozy patio.

The host was responsive, very accommodating and flexible. Just an overall very pleasant person. The location of the place was ideal for restaurants,supermarkets and was very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend this place.
Jessica's place was great! It had everything we needed for the weekend stay with our family, and our two young boys enjoyed playing in the backyard. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.
Great deal on a cozy (but BIG) place! Convenient to everything in town. Made it super easy to connect with family, go to parks and grab coffee at the Starbucks (next door!) every morning.

We stayed for a Wofford Fraternity weekend. This place was perfect for our family. Very close to everything we needed. Very comfortable, good amenities and well stocked. Will definitely book again!

The location is amazing! Quiet/safe neighborhood w/ the sweetest neighbors. You can walk across the street to Starbucks! So close to The Fresh Market, Publix, Aldi, Lidl, & Walmart. Hungry? So many great options close by -Gerhard's Cafe (one of the oldest & best local eateries is within walking distance), Dudleys Bar & Grill, Willy Taco, Fratellos ( yummy Italian),& Hickory Tavern are just a few!
This home is a few minute's drive from many local parks, local breweries, shopping, hospitals, colleges, and much more!
