This stay was decent. The unit and the amenities make the stay worth it. I’m not sure if many will care about this but I will mention it. The penalties associated with this stay are excessive. I wasn’t charged for anything additional during my stay but $1000 for speaking to office staff or $300 if you lose the apartment key or the parking key is excessive. $15 per day for the parking key should be included in your stay as parking in the area is easily available. The Host will send you so many warning messages of the things you are not to do during the stay. It’s not a one time warning. It’s a five time warning. I honestly wished I booked at another place with the amount of caution they put on their guest. If you must be so cautious with ppl why have an airbnb? Their messaging was just excessiveeee. Oh! and the HVAC system in the unit does not work.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The views are absolutely amazing from the rooftop. You can see the mountains all around you and enjoying the sunsets from the massive jacuzzi is so much fun! There are so many amenities here and they are so well taken care of. The gym has all the equipment you would find in a gym you would pay a membership for the pool was my favorite. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The entire complex smelled so good. The resident events are incredible as well. The host meet and greet you. The staff is also so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The host really goes above and beyond and is so responsive if you need any help.l recommend staying here. I will be returning for my birthday trip. I didn’t want to leave. I had a great time.

Darling studio apartment in a luxury high rise building. The hosts were incredibly communicative and welcoming. Pictures matched reality exactly and a beautiful little retreat in downtown Salt Lake City. Would highly recommend CMH BnB if you are looking for a comfortable stay.

This is the nicest place to stay in Utah. The pool and amenities were movie star quality. The Biggest tv in the world was inside this incredible game room to watch tv or chill. There is not a better building in Salt Lake City. Unreal views and more.
