The peninsula is a popular hiking destination and is known for its rugged cliffs, fishing villages and fields. Explore Skåne's largest burial mound, Dagshög, and the dramatic red cliff coastline, Hovs Hallar. From Toreskov you can take the ferry to the island, Hallands Väderö. You can also experience Båstad, which is beautifully framed by Hallandsåsen and the sea. Here, Hallandsåsen rises steeply and borders the town to the south.
