It's next door to the National Convention Centre and Crown Casino and a short walk to the Canberra Centre shopping centre, restaurants, bars and cafes. During your stay, you'll have access to wifi, gym, pool, spa, and BBQ facilities. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The garage has space for one vehicle. Should you require additional parking, there is complimentary two-hour street parking conveniently located nearby. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's electric BBQ, gym, and pool with sun lounges throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. Clean, and well presented apartment. Very convenient location and it was great to have the park at our doorstep! Daniel at CanBnB was always responsive and professional. Well done !
Excellent, clean, modern, well laid-out and good value apartment, in a great setting right next to the Convention Centre - but only one set of keys available - even though I offered to pay to have a second set of keys made for my wife (there was a key lockbox, but it was more inconvenient than having two sets of keys). There was also significant difficulty getting connectivity to the internet, which seemed to be a problem with my computer, but was an apartment-based router problem (eventually remedied), when I had some time-critical matters that required connectivity. There a big TV screen but no free to air television; not sure why that should be the case. Overall, I would recommend this high quality apartment, but would also recommend rectification of the problems that we had, including making sure that the internet is working prior to each new tenant. These are eminently fixable problems, that would make staying in this very good apartment even better.

Well worth it, and definitely recommend the apartment. Clean, well kept, spacious, and had a hotel feel about it. Private - no one overlooking the property nor balcony. Walking distance to the center of town, casino, shopping center. All kitchen amenities worked as expected and were of good quality. Fast internet Only point of note was a slight issue with 'hot; water in the showers - however I'm sure that'll be fixed before the next tenant arrives - it didn't affect our stay.
