This apartment is located on top floor facing south west and very hot in the afternoon. The air con in lounge area is inadequate to cope with the heat. The bed room next to the lounge also very hot with no air con. I can’t imagine how hot this would be if the temperature got up to the 30s . The lounge is very uncomfortable and inadequate for 6 people. The Dining chairs are uncomfortable, and one is broken. The beds are comfortable but no top sheet is provided. The towels are cheap and hard. The showers are great and work well. Kitchen also works well . Instructions for the oven and cooktop would be very useful. The biggest problem is only one key provided. For 4 adults this made coming and going very difficult. It would be much harder if there were 6 people staying. I asked for an extra key but was told I needed to request this beforehand and that this is pointed out in the description . It’s not . They never provided extra key. I wouldn’t stay again.

Fantastic location in the heart of Canberra. Everything is within walking distance. Check in was surprisingly easy and finding designated car park space was not a problem although I still do not understand the logic behind numbering car spaces. Maybe I was just lucky and found the right spot. The swimming pool is very small and not suitable for swimming I would say. There were some minor maintenance issues which I reported to Aqua. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay for a family of four.

The apartment is modern, clean and close to restaurants etc. A great location for those who need access to the city centre and surrounding areas. The host was also very responsive to any questions when checking in. We found the space a little too small for our needs. We had 3 guests, who each needed their own bedroom/privacy. Whilst listed as a 3-bedroom apartment, the 3rd bedroom does not have any windows/air conditioning to provide air flow. This meant that this guest needed to keep the door open, reducing their privacy. I imagine this would not be an issue for a family or group of friends who don't require the same level of privacy/space, however, did not quite meet our expectations for the stay.
