We had a great experience here. The place is exactly as described. Its a 2 min walk to the beach on a quiet street but also a short bike ride to the Hollywood Beach broadwalk with bars and restaurants. It's very clean and well taken care of. Rocky was very responsive and helpful and super friendly.

The house is modern and comfortable with all the things you could need. Rocky was a dedicated host, and was attentive to anything we needed! The area is very nice to walk. If you decide to go to the left there is a very nice path that takes you to a public beach, Dania Beach and then you find a pier (they charge you 2 dollars per visitor and 3 for fishing) If you decide to walk to the right, you will have a path with picturesque houses and then a section with beautiful vegetation on both sides. And finally the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. If the path is very long you can also go on one of the bicycles that are available at the house. Near the house there is a dog beach for those who want to go with pets. In short, I love the house and especially the area in which it is located. For lovers of the beach and quiet areas, this house is the perfect place!

After some unforeseen travel issues we were able to book this home last minute and could not have been more pleasantly surprised! The home was incredible and fit all of our needs. It was a few doors away from a quiet portion of the beach which was amazing. The home is also right by a walking/biking trail that takes you to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk which was great for stretching our legs. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and we'll definitely look to book it the next time we're down in Florida. 10 out of 10!
