The Wilson Cottages neighborhood is ideal for walking or biking, and set back from the hustle and bustle of the roads. This is the perfect spot for families, with two swing sets, and the famous Wilson Treehouse just a three-minute stroll away. This beautiful cottage is stunningly designed to maximize space, with an open-concept living area, and roomy bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, as well as a two-zone Sonos sound system throughout the house. The first-floor master bedroom exhibits a king bed, large ensuite bathroom with heated floors, rain shower with steam functionality, and a separate clawfoot bathtub. The second-floor features two adjoining bedrooms – One with a queen bed, connected through a Jack-n-Jill bathroom to a “Kid’s Room”, featuring full-size bunk beds and a sleeper couch. The Kid’s room exhibits a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV with three bean-bag chairs, making it ideal for lounging. The well-appointed second-story includes a spacious rain shower, generous closets, and drawers for your ease and comfort.
