Or just discover Umina, with its beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, pub, Writer's Festival, market and more.Close to Brisbane Water's Private Hospital if you need to be close to a loved one being treated at the hospital. Another enjoyable stay at Tracey’s place.
Tracey’s studio was a perfect base for my house-hunting trip to the Central Coast. Tucked away in the garden with screening to make it feel private and an outdoor setting to enjoy the sunshine, it had everything I needed. Tracey provided tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cereal, bread, butter and jam which was an added bonus if you’re not wanting to try out one of the local cafes for breakfast. Perched on the edge of Umina, Ettalong and Woy Woy, it’s perfectly positioned to easily access all the area has to offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to return again if I need to visit the area.
Thank you Tracey for a lovely stay! Very clean studio, well organized, with close proximity to everything you need. A great choice for exploring the area. We especially loved the shampoo of all things!

It is great to live here because we are close to many wonderful areas, beaches and attractions.
You can use your car or a bus stop is just around the corner. A train station is 10 minutes away and a ferry is available to Palm Beach from Ettalong.

I am a retired nurse who has traveled extensively (Europe, Asia, UK) and has utilised airbnb extensively. I would like to offer my house to friendly, respectful and like minded person or couple. I love great food, music festivals, restaurants,coffee, wild life, birds, gardening, music, theatre and life in general. I have a good knowledge of the Central Coast, surrounding areas and the smaller less known restaurants, cafes and beaches.
