This memorable A-frame is anything but ordinary. Nestled in the back corner of our 2 acre homestead, this original piece of architecture will inspire as you relax in exceptional accommodations. Conveniently located at the base of Paris Mountain near downtown Travelers Rest (7 min), downtown Greenville (7 min), and Furman University (5 min). Surrounded by tall trees, a babbling creek, and the sounds of many different species of birds-this is your new creative oasis! Our newly built A-frame is a modern open concept living space. You will enter into a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings that lift the eyes upward to the cozy loft. An excellent place to read a book, take a nap, or for an extra guest. The living room and loft both have fold out beds that can accommodate as needed. Please be mindful of small children in the loft area. The living room flows right into the fully stocked kitchen with a spacious mini fridge and freezer, glass cooktop, ceramic farmhouse sink, handcrafted wood counters, and a fully stocked specialty coffee bar. Follow the light pouring in from the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom around the corner where you will find a luxurious bed to get cozy in. A three drawer nightstand and luggage rack are provided for wardrobe storage. Get comfortable in your King size sleeping quarters with a view of the flowing creek surrounded by swaying trees. Step out your back door to enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning sun. A full bath is under the loft, off the living room with a spacious shower, floating vanity, and extra space for storage. Basic bathroom toiletries provided, as well as a hairdryer. Dimmable anti-fog mirror will help you get ready for your day and enjoy your stay.

A very new place, well done, nice light, really comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood close to everything like Traveller’s rest, downtown Greenville, Furman.
We had the most amazing stay! The location was perfect, only about 10 minutes from downtown Greenville and super close to some great hiking! It was private, cozy, clean, and SO CUTE! Our hosts were amazing and responsive. I would definitely come and stay again. Thank you!!
This Airbnb is above exceptional. We happen to manage an Airbnb ourselves, and we know exactly how important it is to organize a place that is not only convenient but beautiful to stay in. Arin and Genevieve have gone above and beyond to create a very special space—-from curated coffee that Arin roasts himself, to an atmosphere and high end aesthetic that is arranged and presented with upscale taste and flair. The location is very suitable for a fun filled stay in Greenville. We were able to get back-and-forth from the downtown area, and enjoy neighboring Traveler’s Rest as well. The A-frame offered a true getaway experience for the two of us!.we shall return!
A lot of thought was put into what would work in this "tiny house," and it all works well. It has a smallish foot print, but it didn't feel that way for the high ceilings and natural light. It has every amenity and it's all clean. The grounds are great with a nice deck and fire pit, and no backyard neighbors just a nice woodsy area. My favorite was lying in bed and looking at the stars out the top window in the A-frame!

The A-frame is located in a peaceful sprawling neighborhood at the base of Paris Mountain. Our friendly neighbors are within sight, but there are plenty of trees to create a sense of privacy. Enjoy the benefits of nature without being too far from the attractions of the city.
We are conveniently located 7 min from both downtown Greenville and Travelers Rest with lots of shops, restaurants and family friendly festivals and events to enjoy year round.
Want to go for a hike? The entrance to Paris Mountain State Park is just 10 min away. Want something bigger? Maybe a waterfall? There are several to explore within an hours drive. Asheville, with all its attractions is just 45 min away as well. Visiting Furman? We are just 5 min from the park like campus that is a lovely place to stroll year round.
Want to hunker down and just enjoy the A-frame? A brand new grocery store is 3 min away, and you are welcome to explore the peaceful treelined winding roads of the neighborhood.
Parking is free and at the bottom of the driveway in front of the A-frame. Please do not park in the street.
Flying in? Greenville airport is about 25 min away, and Asheville is 45 min, giving you options for the best pricing. Uber and Lyft are active in the area if you don't want to rent a car for your stay.
If you are exploring downtown Greenville there is a free trolley that runs throughout the city. Trolley routes are shared in more depth in the guidebook.
One of Greenville's unique claims to fame, and a great way to enjoy the beauty of this area is to walk or bike the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It is a 28 mile greenway that connects Travelers Rest to Greenville. It runs along the Reedy River and it populated with cyclists and pedestrians year round.
