Beautiful neighborhood, quiet, peaceful, safe, with a country feel. Very clean and well kept. The listing exaggerated the amenities like having actual couches, the host had 2 folding chairs instead which aren't for grown ups and was uncomfortable. The monitor available for TV was too small to use to entertain guests and there was no Wifi information available or check in instructions given prior to arrival, I was forced to ask an hour before I arrived. There was no bathroom vanity and the big bed shown in the initial listing was not the same size bed that was actually there. The mini fridge did not work and my food spoiled. Nice location but I felt like it was more for young college age persons not traveling business professionals.
