The property abuts Fairway Mini Golf & Batting Cages serving ice cream and burgers. You can relax on the back porch or around the fire pit in the spacious back yard. Enjoy the beautiful updated kitchen with views of the back yard. The large kitchen has countertops and cabinet space for your use, in the dining room there is ample seating for six people. The window shades could be raised or lowered to meet your needs. The living room has a couch and two chairs for your evening, relaxing including the TV. As you go up the stairs to the second floor you will find the full bathroom on your right. The next door on your right is the linen closet where you’ll find extra sheets and towels. As continue down the hallway on the left your will find the master bedroom, containing a queen bed, two dressers, and a closet for your use. On the right you will find a second bedroom with two twin beds, a dress, closet, chair and corner hutch. Also located upstairs is a private room that will not be accessible during your stay. On the main floor just off of the kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. You can access the back porch through the laundry room. The main floor half bath can also be accessed through the laundry room. The property has many trees to provide shade including an outdoor fire pit. The back porch is a comfortable spot to relax and read, which leads out to the deck where the grill is located.
