An overall fantastic stay, daily cleaning, kitchen, dishes. bathroom, sweeping and mopping in less than 10min each day, the room itself had clean and functional amenities as per the listing WIFI was reasonable, 20-60mbps but a bit inconsistent at times, latency for online gaming suffered a bit, but perfectly playable Electricity and gas were not included , we usee 600-700 units of electricing in 30 days, including the air conditioner always being on Communicating in english was a bit difficult but the staff's friendliness and patience was stellar Arriving at the place via, the map info was not very clear about the exact location and an accurate map pin would have avoided a confused phone conversation As mentioned in another review, the walls are incredibly thin and we could hear our neighbour if they watched TV, and street vendors can be heard in the morning, other than that there is limited traffic in the area and overall far less noise than being close to a busy street

Pros: Serviced apartment with daily cleaning and helpful staff that will do the shopping for you if you ask. The room was exactly as in the pictures and very clean with no insects of any kind. Mr.Suven is so amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. He took me on a tour of the area to show me the shops and he also put me in contact with a friend of his to act as my guide for the city. That was above and beyond all expectations I could have. He is just great! The room was clean and exactly like in pictures (not run down or damaged) Wifi in the room was fast and stable. Cons: The area is a bit out of the way and the surroundings are not great but I felt safe enough The room walls seem to be paper thin so all the noise of the outside can be heard clearly day and night (cars, dogs, birds, street vendors yelling, etc.) The room insulation is not great so the heat gets in quick, I ran the A/C non-stop (not a big deal just worth a mention) Overall it's very good and I'm happy to stay again.
