This place met nearly all of our expectations. It was beautifully placed with the private walkway to be beach a stand out. The house whilst comfortable is starting to show its age a little with couple of problems. Being the Easter weekend one of these wasn’t able to be rectified. In saying that it was more than suitable for the number of people we had even having the extra room spare. Would highly recommend a stay here and hoping to be back one day.

Yes, the home and location is awesome. It's just like the pictures, well laid out with quality fittings and fixtures. But starting to show its age. Bench tops and flooring. Sliding doors don't slide, ripped lounge and a shortage of comfortable seating in the lounge room. The kitchen was so well equipped it took lots of drawer opening and juggling to find things. Items were dirty, chipped or cracked. The guide book stated the kitchen had a separate hot water system but we couldn't find it. Mildew on the master bathroom sliding door. The separate third double bedroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Accumulated dirt under the bed, sand IN the bed and all over the floor. Cobwebs and musty smell. The key situation was awkward, especially for those in the separate room. We just made it in office hours to get an issue fixed. Despite all, we had a relaxing stay with the beach and nature so close.

Gorgeous place in beautiful and quiet location. The house (esp the kitchen) was really well equipped, and the views over the trees and sand to Culburra Beach were great. We loved the spa on the deck and the easy access to the beach. There was more than enough space for everyone (2 adults, 1 big kid and 2 smaller kids), although we spent most of our time together in the upstairs lounge and kitchen area. The board games cupboard got a great workout too - esp as the weather wasn’t great for our first few days. Check in details and other comms were always prompt, helpful and clear. We were able to get everything we needed from the local shops including Woollies, a BWS, butcher, bakery and several takeaway options - it’s probably not quite close enough to walk for most, but is a very short drive. Nowra is also close by for anything else. We’d love to visit again.
