Pros: Beautifully appointed, spacious home. Comfortable beds. Great location on quiet spur off main lake area. We could tell the owners gave a lot of thought to furnishing the house with everything needed for vacationing guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and would recommend it for your stay at Lake Anna. Cons: Vacassa did not have home "season ready." Outdoor furniture had not been cleaned. Grill was dirty. Toilet ran constantly, disposal in-op, closet doors off hinges, a few blinds in-op, some kitchen items not clean, unable to connect to house speakers, bathroom cabinet knob missing, etc. We felt these things should have been taken care of before we occupied the space. We communicated with Vacassa about a missing key, they sent a locksmith to make another key, but the other things we told them about did not get taken care of while we were there. Happily, the overlooked maintenance items did not spoil our stay at this lovely home.

Was a great place, Didn’t really have access to the boat house but overall we made it work I feel with a late check in it shouldn’t be a fee for a later checkout . But overall again the stay was what I expected.

My Boyfriend’s Only Wish For His Birthday Was To Go Fishing & This Was The Perfect Place To Make That Wish Come True! The Home Was Beautiful & Spacious Enough To Fit Our Entire Family & Truly Made Us Feel Like We Were Right At Home. The Host Was Extremely Attentive & Responsive & Helped Make Our Stay Thoroughly Enjoyable.

In a peaceful, quiet, nice neighborhood - very relaxing. Enjoyed sitting on the dock, and loved the pool table, neighborhood tennis court and shuffle board. Big TV was great for movies at night. Big open space in the kitchen/ great room was great, and loved being able to see the lake while sitting at the table both inside and on screened porch. Very relaxing time.
