House was as described for most part. Slightly dated in spots but overall fine. It was very cold upon our arrival. I think the heat was set around 60. Furnace got going and it was warmed up in about an hour. Another thing I found surprising was that hot water wasn't mentioned in check-in instructions. Its turned off during cold season but the only place that was noted was in the house binder. Not typically the first thing we read....but we figured it out eventually. We also had a maintenance issue that didn't get a response for almost a day. The master bath tub was unavailable during our stay. None of these were huge issue but seemed to be things local management team rather than listing itself.

Great stay. Very peaceful and lots to do. Enjoyed all the board games and easy access to the lake.

The house was clean and true to the pictures. The basement had a lot of games available. Location is great, exactly what we were looking for. There are several life jackets available at the garage. House is great for families with kids. They have a lot kids things inside closets. Kitchen is well stocked, there is plenty of pans, bowls, cutting boards, plates and utensils. The dock house needs to be clean more often, there is a lot of spider webs, we didn’t spend much time there because we were afraid of the spiders but it’s a great dock and was great to be able to put out boat there. I would have one or two paddle board or kayak available. It’s a great spot at the lake it would be fun to have paddle boards. Grill works but takes a while to cook. I’m not sure if there is anything wrong with it or it’s because we’re used to grill with charcoal. I would stay there again but would ask to have the dock house clean and if possible paddle boards.
