Nous adorons cette région et nous y venons régulièrement. L’emplacement de cette location est très intéressant, proche d’Annecy, de la baie de Talloires et de la route des cols…. Le village de Menthon saint Bernard propose tous les services nécessaires. L’appartement a une très belle pièce à vivre lumineuse et bien aménagé.. Logement à recommander.

Super week-end passé en famille dans cet appartement paisible au cœur de Menthon-Saint-Bernard. Le lac d’Annecy est accessible à pied depuis le logement et la tranquillité du quartier est un vrai plus. L’appartement est très bien équipé et aménagé pour 5 personnes. Je recommande !

L’appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description (très lumineux, spacieux et fonctionnel), et idéalement placé: à 5 minutes à pieds du lac et à 200m des commerces. A refaire sans hésiter

This location was perfect for our extended trip abroad for vacation and remote work. It had all the amenities we needed and was an easy walk to the nearby shops and restaurants as well as close to many outdoor activities (like the bike paths and lake swimming pool area). At the same time, if we wanted to cook at the apartment, the kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed. We loved the proximity to so many things at this location, but it was also a quiet and private space, which allowed us to relax and work when needed. It's a light-filled space with lots of windows. Anne-Florence also provided us with a local contact person (Babeth), who was very responsive to any questions we had, so we never felt at a loss. One note: Guests need to be comfortable walking up and down many stairs. Overall, we loved staying at this apartment, and would definitely recommend this location. We could see ourselves coming back.

El apartamento de Anne es muy bonito y esta en una buena ubicacion. Tiene una zona de playa a unos 10-15min andando que esta muy bien. Muy cerca hay un super y los servicios basicos necesarios. Es una zona tranquila. A Annecy hay unos 15min en coche.
