What a great find! We hit "I'm Fexible" and got so lucky. This house provides everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. From fresh rosemary to canoe, kitchen to river. The river setup is a walk across the street and a few steps down. Beautiful, private river access. Kitchen is stocked with all sorts of small appliances. We tall people loved the high counters. Bedrooms are nicely spread out for a good night sleep. Good restaurants nearby! Jeanette was quick to respond when I had questions. We will be booking here again!

We stayed at this lovely Kerrville home and it was perfect for 4 people and could easily have accommodated 6. The kitchen was well-supplied. The home was clean, comfortable, well-decorated and the bedrooms were spacious with sitting areas or desks. Bathrooms were well-designed and had all you need for bath and hair care. There's numerous outdoor seating areas and we particularly enjoyed the riverside. There are games, floats, kayaks and other outdoor rec equipment. It was expensive (almost $1000/night,), but likely priced as such for the eclipse which we enjoyed from the side yard. Other than cost and the minor inconvenience of signing into accounts for all the television options, I gave 5+ stars for everything including hospitality and extras like S'mores kits,coffee, and snacks. Costs likely less steep during more routine rental periods. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again and recommend it to travelers without hesitation. We thank the owners for the opportunity to stay there.

Gathering with family at this rental place was delightful. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the ambiance was perfect for quality time with loved ones. The house itself was adorned with decor that added to the warmth of the atmosphere. This home has well-equipped kitchen facilities to cozy living spaces. The host's exceptional hospitality and responsiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home.

Had a great stay at Dos Pinos! The house was even cuter than in the pictures, and we absolutely loved the private deck on the river. The outdoor patio area was ideal for eclipse viewing. Jeanette was a great host and we would definitely book with her again.
