The house was clean, spacious and the perfect location for exploring the local areas. The host was responsive and went above and beyond, and we felt at home immediately. I would not hesitate on choosing this property again in the future.

It's a lovely place - exactly as described and what we wanted for my parents as they waited to move in to their new home. However, for my parents in their late 80's, not being able to access the property on a dark, freezing January afternoon /evening due to the key code being wrong, was upsetting. Even more upsetting was the fact that they needed new batteries to control the thermostat and subsequently the boiler was not working and there was no heating for several hours. They were so cold they had to go out while we (relatives) tried to navigate the emergency call numbers to get them help. Positives: the key code was changed. The cleaner eventually returned with batteries for controlling the thermostat and heat was restored to the property by the evening. The support staff were polite and eventually resolved the issues raised. The rest of the stay was happily uneventful and comfortable, but the poor start was most unfortunate.
