Then settle into one of your two living areas with a fire roaring, both are as cosy as each other. In the summer months, dine al fresco with a brand new set of outdoor seating. The house is split into two wings, thanks to two extensions. Head upstairs and find 4 bedrooms in total: three king-size rooms and a second twin room. All have been finished to a high standard, ensuring maximum comfort and ample room to unpack and make yourselves at home. One family bathroom and one shower room are shared by all, plus there is an en-suite in one of the king rooms. As if that wasn’t enough, you’ll also find a plethora of room for activities. The second living room has an Ottoman full of board games, plus there is a dedicated study with desk. And one of the outbuildings contains a set of gym equipment: a treadmill, indoor bike and weights. For families, there is a travel cot, high chair and stair gates. Dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms and not left inside the property unattended. There is a fully enclosed pet pen in the garden that has both an indoor and outdoor section. There is a dog flap in the indoor shed so pets can easily access the outdoor area and go back inside as they wish. The pen does not have heating or lighting. Pets can safely be left here unattended.
