This was a great 1 nighter place. Right next to the beach and tons of restaurants all near by within walking distance. It had everything we needed for a single overnight

The location is great, lots of places to eat and close to every service. The beach is also accessible with a short walk. The way the units are placed in the building make it very quiet in the night. The bathroom placement is awkward and can be bothersome when renting as a couple. There's also a significant plumbing problem with the drains (the shower pools and the toilet needs a lot of cooldown between flushes). The laundry amenities is inaccurate: there are none accessible on premises. The breakfast is also inaccurate since it only includes old leftovers in a cupboard. I would also say the place is not very well renovated, and the multiple AC units generate a lot of noise. The host was at first responsive, but then ghosted us when asking about missing laundry amenities... There's also a lack of instructions as to what to do when leaving. Overall, the location is great, but that's about it. No chance we stay there again or somewhere ran by this host.

We couldn't have picked a better location for walkable restaurants and beach access! Although the unit could use some maintenance (plumbing), otherwise it was a great stay!

Location Location! It was exactly what we needed for the one night before our cruise. Everything you need is within walking distance. Communication with Alvin was spot on. He was available to answer all our questions.
