The location was great but the suite needs some major upgrades and maintenance.
The place close to the beach, a short walk. The room and bath look nicer in pics, which is common...but were fine..The beds were very comfortable. We only stayed one night, so didn't get to go to pool area.
Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location! Perfect location - the beach is 5 mins away(they provide beach towels and also offer some beach basics like chairs or beach toys if travelling with kids) There is a plaza basically across the street that has a Publix, CVS, Dollartree and a few other stores. Definitely convenient. There is a nice common area by the pool with many tables so you can make your own meals and sit outside instead of going out for every meal. For those travelling with small kids there is a cute park a couple blocks away which my 2 & 3 year old enjoyed daily . Commercial blvd is 10 mins down the road which offers a variety of bars/restaurants. Overall, this hotel is a good bang for your buck. Lauderdale by the sea is a safe walkable beach town and this hotel is a great affordable option!
