The pros: the pool was amazing, host was quick to respond and helpful, and everything we needed was there. the cons: trash overflowing from previous people and bugs/ants/spiders in the backyard and kitchen area. overall we liked our stay and felt right at home.

The home and pool were very clean. Trash cans outside we’re over filled from previous people who stayed there but wasn’t a big deal. Beds were VERY comfortable! Steven was always quick to respond to my questions. Also everything to do in the city is at least 30 min away just keep that in mind. But 4 bedrooms and a pool? This is a great price! Will stay again in the future!

I checked into Steven when entering the house the stairway walls had blood like stains on the walls. The couches had a red “blood”stain. When walking up stairs the carpet was not clean and a washing pad was left on the floor used. All the beds in the house had white stains looking like semen left on them there was hairs on the bed and crumbs they did not wash the bedding. There was damage to the walls in the house. The pool was not cleaned and the filter were clogged with flowers and bugs. Steven responded with that the pool was cleaned yesterday but from the picture you can tell it was not clean. Steven stated “ my cleaning crew cleaned the house. When after showing Steven pictures of the house he would not respond back timely knowing there was issue and when calling Steven he was very rude and stated “ there was a party last night at the house that why it damaged.” We let him know it was not clean and he stated “ it was cleaned you can talk to Airbnb about it.”

This house was in a nice location to where I needed to go but that was the only thing it had going for it. As soon as we walked in there was food left on the counter, in the fridge and pantry. The floors had not been swept or the carpets vacuumed. Upstairs there were towels left all over the place as it had not been cleaned. The backyard had trash all over the place. I guess the red flag should have been when pulling up all the black trash bags that were piled up in front of the garage. When I tried to get in contact when Steven he didn’t respond until the next day. Then gave me an excuse and never once offered to correct the situation. We didn’t even stay the first night there. We went back the next day and cleaned the entire place ourselves so that we would feel comfortable sleeping in those beds. None of the ceiling fans worked or the tv’s. It just wasn’t what I expected when staying there. Should have read the reviews. I would not recommend.
