The house was pretty much as advertised. The only things needed are BBQ tools, updated cookware and most of all a working dishwasher.

The house was nice but in need of obvious repairs. Some light switches didnt work, bulbs burnt out. Dish washer was out of order. There are pots and pans but most need replaced as the Teflon is peeling off. Light switch in down stairs bathroom is asking for someone to get electrocuted. The biggest disappointment for me was i could use the garage. We travel for work and we rent houses with garages to store product. We were unable to do so as the garage door was out of order and couldnt access from house. There is a nice big tub in the master suite that is also not usuable. There neighborhood was nice with little noise and had street parking, also parking on either side on the house in gravel. We were working at the casino so we were close to our destination and about 20-30 mins from whatever we needed. The yard was fenced in but the yard door was broke at the bottom so my dog could get out if he wanted too. The outside garbage was half full when we got there.

We stayed at Armando’s house during our visit for Gem show in Tucson. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. If there is more than 5 star i would love to give for his house. Beautiful clean house with clean kitchen, backyard is very relaxing and clean to relax after busy day. Everything was perfect as explained in his post. Bedroom was nice and clean. Armando respond to our message right away . @ Kitchen there was everything for us to cook which also made our cooking easier. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! Last but not the least “Great price for this beautiful house” Thank you Armando for letting us stay at your house, we would love to stay there again.
