Great location and big space for the price. There was a few negative points such as the wifi not being fast enough or the walls being very thin so you can hear your neighbors very well. Just be mindful of that but apart from that, I had a great stay there. I would recommend it !

I had a great time at Kn’s place! Although it’s actually a 15 min walk from the station instead of 5 as described, the location is still very convenient and close to 홍대. The host was responsive and helpful when there were some issues with the heating. The walls are quite thin and I could hear the people in the room across the hall, but it wasn’t loud enough to stop me from sleeping. The room was also not vacuumed, so there were feathers on the floor left over from the previous resident. There is also no elevator :) But the room is very wide considering how much the rate is. And the hot water pressure is very good.

격리를 위해 8일간 머물렀어요. 도착했을 때는 깨끗하다고 생각했지만, 부엌이나 옥상이 좀 더러워서 아쉬웠어요. 또 제일 싫었던 것은 소음이에요 벽이 얇아서 말소리와 계단 올라가는 소리 등 잘 들었어요. 입지는 좋았고 홍대쪽에 아주 가까워서 주변에 카페도 많아서 편했어요. 감사합니다.

This place is very big and in a great location. The guesthouse provided everything important for a comfortable stay and the host was very friendly.
