Absolutely lovely place. Very quiet. Stayed for 3.5 weeks for work. Rowena & Ben respect your privacy, but always on hand if needed. The gym was a welcome bonus. The place is spotless inside, the grounds are neat and tidy. The kitchen and bathroom spot on. Will definitely be going back and recommending to my friends and colleagues.

We would highly recommend the Windmill Stables. Located in quiet and peaceful, Barrington. There is a lovely local pub a short walk away. The accommodation was a home away from home with all the home comforts. It was extremely comfortable and clean. Rowena was very helpful in advising us about walking routes in the local area. As a bonus I also managed to book a lovely massage with Rowena, which was very relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Lovely weekend stay, nice quiet and relaxing, and Rowena was a very kind host. Enjoyed both the hot tub and the massage! The place had everything we wanted, good food at the local pub too but recommend booking.

I loved staying here... it was what I hoped for and more. A perfect balance between quiet & private but not feeling too detached from the rest of the world. The accommodation had everything I needed with lots of thoughtful touches and appreciated extras. Also loved that I could have a massage on-site. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful spot to land for a few days or even longer.
