Nestled in the hill country sits your tent, waiting for you and your family. Your tent has a Queen size air mattress, camping chairs and table. A small TV with Fire TV is available for watching movies. Perfect amount of sun and shade through the day. Wildlife all around property. Pet friendly The location for your campground site sits off the main asphalt driveway parking lot. The property has trees and various terrain features from grass to solid rock. Water is available and electric cords for light loads are available as well. Use the BBQ to cook up that special meal after an adventurous day. Includes portable toilet and tankless heated water shower as well as a foot powered sink to keep clean during your stay. Inside the Tent we provide a small table and chairs as well as a comfy Queen air mattress, sheets and comforter and pillows. We provide towels as well as basic items. Basic campground essentials will be provided - this is mainly a sleeping base- past guests often ate out and had no need for cooking and dishes. If you should want dishes and cooking items as well as silverware, please bring you own with you. Enjoy a campfire in the make shift camp fire pit on location. (Only if there isn't a burn ban- ask your host before lighting a campfire) Complementary firewood on site or firewood is for sale in Leon Springs at such places as Valero or HEB and Walmart. Uber and Lyft service is just minutes away to take you to San Antonio, The Riverwalk, SeaWorld and Six Flags. Ask you host for other points of interests and attractions in the area. AC or heater provided depending on time of year. A 3 in 1 cooking station is provided. It has a coffee maker, oven and heater plate.(see pic). The parking lot is shared with other guests staying at the 2 lofts on the property. If ground is dry enough, host will show you access to drive right up to the cabin. New this year- A Portable RV toilet and shower changing room is available. No shower facilities in off season. I do live in one of the units from time to time, but most of the day I'm out and about. Unless you need something, I'm not going to bother you just maybe to say hi and see how things are going. Please text instead of calling if the need arises. Located just 3 miles from Walmart, HEB and fast food restaurants, you are never too far from last minute items or enjoying a meal made by someone else. You need a car or truck. Uber and Lyft are a few minutes away. Limited delivery services are available. Water is well water and just like most of Texas is hard water. You will get water from the water hose from the house- store in gallon jugs. We added a portable sink powered by foot power. Portable RV toilet provided. AC provided as well has lighting inside tent. WIFI available. Sleeping bags and pillows provided or bring your own to sleep on. Please bring your plates and eatery (forks and knives) cups and food. Limited supply of paper plates and disposable eatery and cups provided Ice cooler provided (BYO ice) and heater plate for cooking. Small table and chairs as well as stools provided for meals and relaxing. A small fire pit provided. Firewood available in town at convenience stores. Don't cut any branches on property. but dead branches on ground are OK to use. Be sure to clean as you go and leave campground as clean as when you arrived. Garbage can be thrown into brown trash can by covered parking area. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am No guests or parties allowed NO SMOKING INSIDE Tent-Vaping and smoking allowed outside but not within 50 ft. of residence. Be sure to pickup your butts.$25 fee deducted from security deposit if butts left after checkout. Dogs are welcome but pick up after your dog does the deed. No pets on the air mattress or other air filled items. Damaged items will be deducted from deposit. Portable toilet can be used in a privacy tent.
