Absolutely wonderful stay! Jeff was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The place itself was spotless and came equipped with all the amenities one could hope for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Jeff is a great host, he accommodate every need we had, check in was super easy. The house is big and if you are two people you can have your privacy after almost all day spent in Manhattan you just want to have some quite time. The kitchen is furnished with everything and if you want to have a bath you have a great jacuzzi in the bathroom. Worth the price. To get to Lower Manhattan takes you around 30/40mins but at night I was always using Uber, it was just easier. I will definitely come back to Jeff’s apartment. Thank you for everything.

Wow! My family and I are STILL talking about how awesome our stay at Jeff and Jaye's home was! Truly one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The entire place looks newly renovated and is clearly labeled with thoughtful attention to details. The tiny lotions and free private parking were my husband's favorite amenities. There was a car blocking our spot one night but Jeff quickly contacted the owner so we were able to park the car. The beds were very comfortable and everything was great quality. I love the air purifier and how clean everything was. The only downside was the nearest metro stop is a little far but it's always fun to walk around NYC. Pros: - Free private parking - So quiet and safe - Extremely responsive, friendly and attentive hosts - Comfortable bed - Well organized, everything labeled - A/C in each bedroom and living room (so clutch after a long day of exploring) - Cute tiny lotions! - Air purifier Cons: - A little far from the L line

Jeff and Jaye were extremely friendly and welcoming. The apartment is really cool. There is even a heated toilet seat! 🙂 The apartment had everything you will need plus. The assigned parking spot is so handy in a city where there is no parking. Overall, a great place and I would definitely come back. Thank you, Jeff and Jaye!

Overall we had a very comfortable stay here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything. They were really sweet thinking about how to accommodate our small child, thank you for that! The place itself was comfortable and felt very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The place is a 2nd floor of a house, and the hosts live downstairs. Our only issues were that our car was covered in bird droppings fairly quickly after parking in the parking space provided on the property in front of the house… had we known we may have parked on the street to avoid that. We also did run into a couple of roaches in the bathroom, but it seems like the hosts are doing all they can to keep the place feeling clean and welcoming. One of the best hosts we’ve ever had, thanks again!
