I had two kids with me ages 8 and 10. My kids loved it. They loved the play equipment, the basketball hoop, and the tetherball. They especially loved going down to say hi to the cows. The kids also loved the big loft area upstairs with the TV, movies and two queen beds. Everything was clean, and we were greeted with chocolate chip cookies. Gail sent us messages before we arrived, and her husband checked in on us on our last morning. he even took the kids to check out some new kittens. I thought it was great that he inquired about anything that could be changed. They really want this to be a nice comfortable place that provides for your needs. My kids are already requesting to stay there again. This is my first time choosing a guest house, but there were some cool pluses to being on the owner's property. I felt like we had plenty of privacy, but also got spoiled. I have zero complaints.

Gail and her family are great people! Gail was really quick to respond to questions before we even arrived. The place was really nice and peaceful. If you’re looking for a getaway in the Iowa country this is the place! Close to the field of dreams site only like a 10 min drive. Very friendly people and I would definitely Airbnb with them again if ever in the area!

Beautiful location that happened to be within a mile of our family reunion. So quiet and peaceful! We appreciated how Gail was quick to respond to our comments and questions. The homemade cookies were delicious and a very nice touch!
