Private entry Full kitchen Island seats 6 Patio with deck overhang Living room with 2 queen sofa sleepers One primary bedroom with 2 queen beds, which can be separated as the 2 queen beds separated by an end table (this is our default), or joined together as a "grand queen", this room also has a sofa sleeper. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo Private bedroom with King bed Full 2nd bathroom with large shower Washroom (laundry and a large vanity) This is such a unique house as it allows it to be rented several ways. It can be rented out as the Entire House, which can sleep MANY people. OR it can be rented out in several options, as in this option. Please view our other house listings for the other rental options. If you rent this space, there may be other guests in other areas of the house - but it is securely locked between interior guest units - you have your own unit that is locked off to other renters. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Shared spaces include the game room and outdoor space.

We were in the area for a family wedding and our stay in Lower Lakeview Living exceeded our expectations!! The pictures don't do justice to just how spacious and beautiful it is. We were also extremely impressed with the professionalism and quick responses from Jennifer. She went above and beyond to keep in communication with us and answer any questions or address any issues we might have. This is an amazing value and was so much nicer than any of the hotels nearby!! Our family (a group of 8) had plenty of space to spread out and did not feel like we were on top of each other. We also had a great time playing games and using the kayaks and paddleboat! We were beyond pleased at our decision to stay at Lakeview Lower Living!! I would very highly recommend staying here!!

Lakeview Living is located at the edge of Delhi, Iowa on Silver Lake. Not too far is a campground, which you will have access to events that go on their in the summer months. Lakeview Living is open year-round. Just a short 5-minute drive and you will be at Lake Delhi as well as many Amish Stores. It is a short 25-minute drive to the one and only Field of Dreams Movie site just outside of Dyersville Iowa, as well as the Toy Museum in Dyersville. Manchester is a short 15–20-minute drive to the local Walmart and White Water Rapids Park.
Lakeview Living is located in a smaller subdivision with 5 other lots to the north of it, those lots are not owned by Lakeview Living. The neighboring owners may be building on their lots, so there may be potential for construction noise during your stay. We are unsure of the other property owners construction schedule.
