We enjoyed our stay at Robert's place. The carriage house was very clean, cozy, comfortable and well stocked. The area is private and quiet. Plus, there's an awesome view of Chautauqua Lake! The screened-in porch is a great place to watch the rising sun reflecting on the lake. We definitely would stay there again & recommend to anyone planning to visit the area.

Prefect location, wonderful hosts. Bob and Sally are the best hosts we have had in 6 years of using air B and B locations all over the world. Our stay was just fantastic and restful. The carriage house was quiet and clean. The view from porch was just beautiful.

Robert and Sally are gracious, generous, friendly hosts. The location was close to what we needed, the apartment was cozy, with a wonderful screened in porch. The description is exact. We enjoyed our stay with a beautiful view of the lake and access to the dock and the water. We will absolutely stay there again!! A wonderful start to summer for us. Thank you!
