This home was just the best for us and our children, very spacious amazingly comfortable lovely grounds, this was the perfect location It was central to all our outdoor water activities and to visit all of Cornwall. We had a great half term. thank you so much, will definitely be returning

Great place - lovely, quiet location but good half way point between fal and truro. Much, much more spacious than the pictures appeared. Well equipped. All in all - fantastic!

Clare's farm house was beautiful and in a wonderful location for our needs. It isn't particularly close to any local amenities like shops, restaurants and public transport connections so having a car is advisable, and the drive is quite steep so some care is needed to avoid any scrapes, but otherwise no complaints. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. The garden is massive and the kitchen is really well fitted with top spec cookers, fridges etc. Clare was friendly and always very quick to answer any questions. We had a great time and really enjoyed getting to know Socks the cat who has to be one of the friendliest cats we've ever met! In the area again this would be the first place we'd look for!

Lovely place, great host. We were in Falmouth for our two daughters' graduation ceremonies. The original plan was for our daughters to stay at their uni houses, so we booked elsewhere for the two of us. At very short notice our plans changed and we needed to find accommodation for the whole family, five in total. We found, and booked, Clare's barn for the one night it was available, but I mentioned we had originally been looking for two nights. Clare, very kindly, immediately offered to move out of the farmhouse (her family home) which is adjacent and we booked for 2 nights there instead. The farmhouse was lovely and we just wish we'd have found it earlier having spent the last three years going up and down from the Midlands. It's perfectly placed for visiting uni students (10 mins drive from the Penryn campus) and provides a home from home so the whole family can relax together. It is comfortable and well equipped with a large family lounge and a smaller one with tv and games console.

This farmhouse was a great spot for our group of six (family of four + in-laws). We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and stayed up way too late talking around the lovely dining table that seated all of us comfortably. With short drives to Falmouth, Truro, and beyond, this is a great option for families or groups looking for a peaceful base to explore the local area.
