ABOUT THE KOTTAGE ON KENYON We are happy to welcome you to the Kottage on Kenyon. The open-concept floor plan allows room for entertaining and gives a spacious feel to the square foot Kottage. In the living room, you’ll find a sofa (that turns into a queen size bed), sleeper sofa and 43 inch smart TV. In the bedroom (enclosed by heavy curtains), the queen size Murphy Bed can be opened at nighttime for sleeping and put away during the day to make room for entertaining. Kitchen has seating for 4, and all appliances included. The highlight of the Kottage can be seen when you exit the back door and enter the oasis. In the oasis, you will feel like you are the only people on earth! Landscaped with plants, a gazebo, water fountain, and plenty of seating, you may find yourself gravitating toward this area for your morning coffee or a nightcap.
