Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. We love hosting, having done it for 10+ years now! We’re excited to be opening up our own family home again for the beautiful new mother in law unit we had custom built to welcome guests and family alike. We completely redesigned this lower level as we added our third floor. It had previously been our offices and laundry and we wanted a beautiful space for family, friends, and guests to enjoy. Two good sized bedrooms, a master with a fireplace and luxury bathroom en suite. A second bathroom in the common space along with a beautiful brand new kitchen and cozy living room. While we hope you’ll get out to explore, it’s a pretty great place to call home too;)

以后josh&mary的房源将会是我在西雅图的首选。 josh&mary的两套房源我都入住过.体验感很棒。 josh&mary很热情.帮我接收了比我入住提前到达的包裹.真的十分感谢.为此我才能只使用一天结束了在西雅图的产品展示工作。 这次入住的是一处全新的房子.我想我是前三名内入住的客人. 全新的装修.舒适的沙发和床. 在西雅图的冬季这里的洗手间的地面配备了地暖加热.真的十分贴心 对了.还有桑拿房.很遗憾这次我只停留了一夜我再三考虑没有使用桑拿房.因为我只入住一晚所以我尽可能的保持原样.希望减轻清洁工的工作. 因为工作的原因.将来我还会回来这里。
If this place is available, book it! What a nice little apartment set up comfortably with all you need. Josh and Mary were very friendly and provided lots of helpful correspondence on top of it all. Their apartment makes it easy to fall in love with West Seattle.

Stayed for one night and totally wish we got to stay longer ! Sucha homey setting , peaceful neighbourhood and hosts were incredibly friendly and gave amazing instructions and local recommendations for activity and eats .

We love Fauntleroy! We moved here as our second home in Seattle and couldn’t have asked for a better neighborhood. Walk down to the water. Grab some staples at the Wildwood Market, our neighborhood corner store. Feeling more ambitious? Walk up to the Birds House for a tasty Breakfast burrito then hop over to the library. Want to get more remote? Walk on to the Vashon Ferry for a day trip to a magical island. Or hop on a rapid ride bus for a quick trip downtown or to the stadiums.
Convenient bus lines and pretty easy street parking. Close to town but also definitely removed from the city vibes, more nestled in a family friendly neighborhood with convenient connections. Amazing parks and the water give endless outdoor exploration options.

Love the Outdoors and getting out there with our kids wherever possible. Have lived all over the country, started hosting in IL, then continued in Boston, then Seattle, and onto LA! Now back to Seattle. We love having guests whether our friends or new visitors.
