The place is stunning, with an incredible view, situated in a modern building amidst serene surroundings. Its proximity to the train station is convenient, and the nearby park and selection of excellent restaurants within walking distance add to its appeal. Being within walking distance of both old and new Edinburgh is a definite plus. The host was helpful, offering clear instructions for check-in and check-out, along with a variety of local recommendations. The only downside was the presence of mold in both shower stalls, but the host assured me that they have plans to address this on May 15th. Despite this, I'll certainly be returning for future stays.

Fabulous location in Quartermile, adjacent to the Meadows and University of Edinburgh. A short walk (quarter mile) to the Royal Mile and a bit further to Arthur’s Seat. Flat was as described, comfortable living spaces and beautiful views. Host-Ed was responsive throughout the booking and travel, and was able to handle some last-minute logistic errors on my part. Would definitely stay-here and or work with Host-Ed again without hesitation!
