We LOVED Nichole’s beautiful home! Walkable to shops and restaurants—perfect location for our winter getaway. We hope to visit in the summer sometime as it is super close to the beach! Nichole thought of everything we might possibly need and stocked her home accordingly. The house was spacious and spotless.
Our stay at Nichole’s home was wonderful. We were in town for the Christmas Prelude, and the location was absolutely perfect. We never had to use our car. We were able to walk to the Dock Square area within minutes. The house itself is spotless and had everything we needed. The backyard and deck are really big and would be a lot of fun in the summer! Highly recommend and hope to return in the summer.
The house was perfect in every way, extremely clean, well kept, warm and welcoming. The grounds outside were beautiful and well maintained. Nichole was quick to respond when we had a question. The accommodations were perfect and cozy. We had an amazing stay at the house.
Nicole was an amazing host and her house was very clean and organized. The property was so peaceful, large yard and walking distance to dock square or beach. Nicole did an excellent job of communication of house rules, check in, check out, etc. Although we didn’t go through the extras we noticed them and were sent ahead of time in the house rules packet and was very detailed so if you book with her you may not to pack as much as you think. I personally thought the rooms were a little bigger than in the photos which was a nice surprise. I would book this house again!

Hello! My name is Nichole! Since I'm on here you know I love to travel ;) My absolute favorite place in the world is New Zealand, hence the selfie with a sheep. I recently finished a complete remodel of my first home in beautiful Kennebunk, ME. With all the Covid craziness, I've decided to rent my home out this summer to be able to spend time with family and friends. I've always had a love for hospitality and I am so excited to be able to host people in a place as beautiful as Maine. I look forward to meeting all of you and being a resource in any way I can to make your time here memorable. My favorite thing about my home is the location - the setting is beautiful and serene, but you are only a couple mins walk to all that Kennebunkport has to offer. Walking distance to the beach too!
