This was the most amazing Airbnb! The location was perfect! This house is right in the beach and the waves are so close at high tide - it is incredible. We rented surfboards from aquaholics and they delivered right to the house - the teenagers surfed every day and it was fun watching them from the beach or the porch. We most definitely would love to stay here again!

This house is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is charming and its location, right on the private beach, can't be beat. The porches are exactly what you need if you don't want to walk the few feet to the sand. The views of the ocean are magnificent, so don't fret about the lack of television. The beach equipment, kitchen, and linens provided all the extras you need. The fireplace at night is the exact thing for the end of the day. We loved our stay.

Location, privacy, the Maine coast, we could not have asked for more. We found the cottage very well equipped, and very clean. We would like to thank our contact Jodie, who kept us informed via e mails and was very helpful, and the owners who allowed us to enjoy their property. We hope to return again someday as the week went by much too fast.

What a treat to stay and this beautiful beach cottage. This historic place feels so truly of Maine. The beach that it is on is very unknown so it feels like a private beach. The house itself is surrounded by sea roses and honey suckle. The interior of the home is beautifully furnished over the generations. There is even a “bath house” with a beach shower and tons of beach toys. The hosts are incredibly generous and kind people - you will have a wonderful here.

This was the perfect house in the perfect location! Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived and the homeowner had left us beautiful flowers and fresh pies. The house had everything we needed to relax at the beach for a week. The location was great for going into Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Wells. It was tempting to want to move in and keep the place for myself. :) We will be back!
