Location! Easy walk to town and easy access to Aspen airport! Would recommend.

Very convenient, shuttle dropped off right at door and had parking to easily get around town. Nice space and walkable to downtown Aspen.

Beautiful condo to rent in Aspen and Chris seemed to be a pretty good host. The people at the facility weren’t in tune as they didn’t know who we were as we checked in which is always a little nervous racking. But that got worked out and the TV was a problem the entire stay. At first it wasn’t working at all, the maintence guy came up to fix it and we could not get it to mirror our I phones the whole trip although there was an option for it to do so.

Dave was a great host. He was very responsive to all our questions and provided clear instructions on the unit. When our flight was cancelled he was extremely helpful in arranging for us to stay an additional night. Unit was as described - clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels provided and the kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. A few small challenges: The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and couldn’t be pulled out without it falling completely off the track; The shower was difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either lukewarm or burning hot; The unit faced the street and was right next to the elevator both of which were fairly loud during the day and early morning hours - if you are a light sleeper it could be a challenge. No impact on rating but this is a rental of a timeshare. The host doesn’t own the unit thus renters can be assigned to a different unit than we received. Property mgmt co stated it should not be rented on Airbnb. Just FYI to future renters.
