3/2 house on a quiet street, back patio, near parks, Domain, and Rock Rose! Walk, bike, or very short ride to Q2 Stadium! Unwind and make yourself at home. Enjoy the quiet backyard, wake up to enjoy coffee with the Ninja hot/cold brew system, or check out any of the nearby breweries, shopping, great restaurants and entertainment!

House was very nice and the beds were very comfortable, kids room was surprisingly comfortable sometimes with smaller beds are not very comfortable but her kids bedroom was very comfortable.

Tucked away in a little neighborhood off Kramer Lane. You can walk, bike, or have a VERY short car ride to Q2 soccer stadium, The Domain (bars, restaurants, shopping galore!), China town, and breweries including Hopsquad, 4th Tap, Celis, Fairweather Cider, and many more!

出行信息

Rent a car or ride share or there are some walkable places too! We are close to some bus stops and the train station is about a mile away (On Kramer Lane, between Burnet and Braker -- search Capital Metro train to get tickets). If you can rent bikes or scooters, it’s fun to tour the breweries nearby!
I have a driveway that can fit two vehicles. You can park in front of my house but there's only really room for one or two more vehicles.
No garage parking.
