Great place to stay. Well kitted out with everything you could need. The other residents were all very friendly. Michael checked that we were happy and comfortable. Bondi is a great place.

Basic but comfortable two night stay while visiting family. Room is in complex that provides longer term accommodation for tenants so laundry and kitchen available but did not use. Getting to property with car requires good local knowledge or good satnav to negotiate Sydney’s traffic. Parking is restricted and very expensive if staying more than one hour. Luckily Michael was able to provide secure parking to rear of property for reasonable cost, accessed through electric gate. Suggest this is arranged prior to arrival to ensure availability.

We loved our stay at Michaels place! Good location right by bondi junction and a shopping centre with a Woolworths in it, and a half hour walk to bondi beach. Michael was incredibly responsive and helpful, letting our friends stay in their van outside the property for a small fee to also use the facilities. The bedroom was really clean and the beds were so comfy with great air con. The communal areas were pretty big and everyone staying there was super friendly. Any issues or questions, Michael and the other owners were so helpful responding basically instantly! Highly recommend for short and longer stays in Sydney.
