The flat is at the top of a 3 story narrow, windowless twisted hallway. The place was freshly painted. Carpet was new but deeply stained. Cheap mattresses. Sofa upholstery was also very stained. Washer didnt work. Only 1 of the 2 showers worked. The key system (1 skeleton key to the flat door that you needed to lock and unlock from both inside and out) and the very narrow rusted fire escape ladder were flat out very dangerous. Took 2 days for the hist yo very reluctantly cut us a 2nd key. The location is a bit dodgy and very noisy at night. But it is fine in daylight when the shops are open. Easy access to attractions and the river. The host does email you promptly but not always with solutions. i would never stay there again.

O apartamento nós atendeu super bem, seguro e tranquilo, única ponto ruim é a máquina de lavar não está funcionando para quem fica longos dias, de resto foi tudo ótimo recomendo.

The flat is right is the centre of Worcester which is the great for easy access to most places in town. We did find the flat slightly unclean unfortunately, it meant we had to clean all the cutlery and utensils as we were staying here for 5 days, we needed to use these implements. We also noticed one of the showers had not been cleaned properly which to be honest isn’t a massive deal However as we had to pay an extra £25 for early check in, as the cleaners would need to be in earlier to do their work, only to arrive and find things in the flat unclean is a shame. The best part of the stay was location of the flat.

We couldn’t access the property until 30mins after the stated check in. Despite being a non-smoking apartment, there was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the property, (we had to open the windows for a couple of hours upon arrival) and the smell remained until our departure 2 days later. There were also no teaspoons and no hand soap in the en-suite and kitchen. That said, the hosts, (Comfortable Homes), were very responsive to all the issues raised, providing spoons and soap the morning after we arrived and maintaining good communication throughout. The apartment itself was in a great location for shops, restaurants and nightlife, (be warned if you’re a light sleeper that the late night revellers can be noisy). It was also warm, spacious, light, comfortable and decently equipped. We slept well and despite our initial issues, enjoyed our stay.
