The apartment is ideally located with restaurants, bars and shops at your door. It is nice and spacious. As per all other reviews, the shared staircase entry is shabby but that is no reflection of the apartment which is lovely. Being in the city, it can be noisy on a Friday and Saturday night, but that is the cost of the convenience.

Niall's flat is excellent and we would really recommend depending on what you're looking for and when you're going in the week. The great things: - Decorated really nicely and looks exactly like the photos. There's lots of space. - Niall and his team are great at communicating and were quick to respond when we had difficulty accessing the property. - The location is really central and convenient. Perfect for exploring. Also perfect if you plan on going out at night as it's right on a street with all the bars. The not so great things: - As other reviews say the entrance to the flat is pretty horrible (though the flat itself is fab) - Noise. The flat is right in the middle of the worcester night out scene. We stayed Fri and Sat and it was extremely noisy from 10pm until 3am. If you plan on going out yourselves then it's no issue, but we were having a chilled weekend seeing friends so it wasn't great for us.

Very aesthetically pleasing, and felt very warm and welcome. Niall was very accommodating and quick with the responses. Would recommend and would stay again. 10/10
